During the workshop our Black Ladies have the chance to get tips regarding look and make up.

OnkelHotte is giving a warm welcome to everyone and opens with the qeustion "Today we will present you for the first time ever the concept for the new Black Member events"
Let's start with a view in the past:
- everything started in 2007 with a "little cozy dinner and a small party"
- now, 3 years later and 10 parties later, suddenly the events grew to huge events
- it is a challenge to find space for so many people
What has to change?
- until the end of the year we will have 300 Black Member
- 2012 we will have 500 Black Member
- with the current concept we cannot create events for so many people
- also Black Members noticed and mentioned this issue already
- also: every event is a little bit the same with a nice hotel, dinner, party - this becomes boring for the oldschool Black Members
- another problem: since there are so many people, you don't know anylonger who is who
- it is also the problem that the dates are now fixed for the Black Member events, but not everyone has always time and is able to participate at every event
- current concept is not fair for players that don't play a lot
- current concept doesn't respect international Black Member enough
-> we need a new concept
What can we do to get rid of the current problems, what do we want to achieve?
- offer different types of Black Member events
- make the events more personal
- make it possible for everyone to attend the event he likes
- make it more fair for people that they dont play so much
- make it more international

1) The Classic Event (the event what we have right now)
2) Gourmet and Wine Event
