I would humbly suggest you drop a level or two until you get the hand of it. At least it wouldn't hurt the BR so much. I do that when I'm trying something out. I usually 4-table NL10 but I drop to NL5 and single table until I feel comfortable integrating the new technique(s).

Im playing good poker day 1 and finish up 50dollars. Day 2 i loose 60 dollars, everytime i have the best hand preflop, on the flop or turn, but never after the river. Never. Sickness after sickness after sickness. I win. Then the pokersites take it back the next day with some sick hands that i have zero control over. Onlinepoker is the biggest joke ever. Poker is the biggest regret of my life. I should have know better ofcourse, where there is money there is always dishonesty. Some players will never win. Some players cant loose. One example would be how often i hit the flop with AK or AQ.. its 23%. (this is only my latest database with 20k hands, but its always been like this) I promise some people hit their AK/AQ 40%. Imagine the edge they have vs my 23%. Its fukin ridiculous really. I havent counted my sets but im guessing im hitting about 7% or something. I wonder on which criteria the future winner are chosen by the greedy sites. That would be fun to know.. anyway, if you want to have fun in an honest environment, stay away from places that involves money. Thats the best tip i can give you all. peace.

So just don't play on days 2, 4, etc. and you should have constant profit...?

Primzi,

If I pretend to be offended can you turn on bad-ass Primzi mode and get the cards out?

Explain why you think you deserve a good winrate? How do you know you're playing good poker if you have 3 years of breakeven? Get a coach?

The coach will be able to tell you why you're losing and it's almost certainly your mistakes that are leading to those results.

As a poker player the most important thing you have to do is have an unbiased, completely objective view of the world and yourself, which should lead you to the conclusion that it's probably your fault you're losing.

By default, humans think everything happening to them is happening for some out there reason and that it's everyone's fault but theres, which is counter-intuitive to poker learning and it's something you're gonna have to try to grow out of if you want to win.

read the poker mindset

Exactly.. second time he throws around insults for no reason at all in this thread. I find it hard to believe he is atleast 21 years old and is that immature to be honest. Stop stereotyping people you know nothing about.

Well i find it funny how people waste time checking and calculating how many times they get sucked out on the river, how many sets they flop and other crap which is a complete waste of time, as well as whining in downswing section of our forums.

Maybe its more efficient use of your time to make a session review after every session, and figure out where your losing money due to your own mistakes. Even if you play long session it doesn't take you more then an 15-30 minutes to go trough the hands you played, check out where you did mistakes, improve them in the future, and if you don't know how you should play a specific hand you can always post it in hand evaluation forum.

Imo you should spend more time in the strategy part of the forums instead of whining here.

Solid advice. Follow it and you'll improve your mindset, if not your results. Ignore it and remain in the same place for another 3 years. That's the reality of the game.

Good luck with whichever direction you choose to follow.

Dude, you can't blame it on luck in 3 years period. You can blame it on luck in short term, but 3 years? There is something wrong with your play.
I am still not a wining player after 6 months, but I am realistic, and I get unlucky in many hands, but I know I am not wining money because I don't play, or do things that wining player do.
I player looser then I should from time to time.
I go on tilt, and I can't make myself to stand up and but keep losing money.
I don't spend enough time on education an reading poker stuff, etc.

So, what I am saying is that I know that I am the problem, as any other poker player knows deep inside that if he loses for a long period of time, problem is in his game, in his head.
So all this complaining on forums wont really help. I used to do that to, but I know better know.

So if I realized after few months that how I play is the problem, and not luck or something else, you should have realized that to.

Of course poker is a waste of time if you are trying for 3 years to be better, and you never do.
But lets face it. If you are not a natural talent you need all the help you can get.
You can't just learn the basics and just play, and play hoping you will get better and start wining money. Like I said talents can do that, but we need to LEARN from people who know this stuff.
I mean there is a lot ways to learn poker, and to improve your play. Reading articles, books, get coaching, post hand for evaluation etc.

People just don't start to do stuff and hope they will be good at it. They go to school many years, and then when they learn all they need to know they start working.
Why would poker be an exception?

Actually that applies only for the negative things. Good things always happen to us because we are so awesome and we deserve it. Lets take me for example... On some days I crush my opponents with my superior skills and on some days IT'S JUST ALL RIGGED!!! On those occasions I find comfort in extended usage of words JOKERSTARS, RIVERSTARS, DONKEY, FISH, IDIOT, RIGGED and DOOMSWICH.

P.S. I have never lost a hand, those were all BAD BEATS. Honestly.

Thanx for the advice from some of you. I think its best to not make a thread when tilting this bad as i was yesterday. Sorry if i insulted anyone in my anger.

I would also like to comment on another thing. When we pokerstrategists write a "frustration thread" we really have to put up with a lot of sarcasm and ugly comments. But if I write something back in anger IM the one labeled as immature. But the people replying....:

"But what if I honestly want that a hooker would blow me? " or "Have you considered that you're just shit at poker? " or "an image a player that comes up with a post like that(after 3 years of playing!!!) and isn`t shit at poker. " or "Then you die, so fuck the world and lets get high " or "So just don't play on days 2, 4, etc. and you should have constant profit...?" or "can we have this post in the weeklyl community thread thingy. shark cool " or "This can't be real... " or "I find it hard to believe he is atleast 21 years old and is that immature to be honest"

.... are mature and contributing to the community?

and this "NightFrostaSS" guy.. ive seen that everytime someone makes a thread asking for advice or something NightFrostaSS give some irrelevant answer about blowjobs or something, believing he is funny. Pathetic.

anyway, thanx to TerrorBlade, MatejM47, Waiboy, and ZexKK for some good advice!
