The dealer throws three grey chips (300) to MP3 and splashes the pot.

Floor is called and the situation is explained.
The floorman reconstructs the whole hand in order to determine if MP3 called or raised (if he threw in enough chips to make an actual raise).
I don't know if the got the exact amounts but it didn't matter that much in the end. They decided it was a raise, Igor went All In pretty quickly and MP3 folded.
