do you do this? is it +EV. what hands do you do it with on loose, standard, tight tables?

if so, are there any considerations I must take into account when doing it at the micros?

If you want to play a hand in 6max, raise it. Otherwise you will just have wasted a blind.

only do it in live games which are super passive. this is almost never the case for online games, there will always be aggressive regs around (maybe except NL2)

If not someone's going to isoRaise you and you can't play the hand profitably by limp/calling. You would also have to balance your limping range with monsters and it's really hard to balance because you have to limp/raise with decent frequency and add some bluffs too.

Open limping with pairs seems arguably profitable at lower stakes. I think it should be done exponentially less often as you climb the stakes.
