Something else you could consider is buying a % of a player in a tournament in our staking section where we would have a "live sweat" and possibly turn it into thousands.
Good idea with the coaching though!

Hi everyone,
I decided after some advice from lessthanthree that I would also buy the sng wizard.
In order to help me to fit this into my budget, and on count of a great initiative lessthanthree was nice enough to lower the rate for his lessons to help me help my father.
He also said he would record all lessons, which is nice for my father in case he gets senile...
As my father is coming here today - he will get an early christmas present (he lives in Sweden and I live in Malta). Obviously I will also be taking him around to the casinos and play with him.
I'll keep you all posted on whether or not he likes his present (he better imo).
My father has come and left.
He was very happy about the gift - in fact he said that he had pondered a lot about the availability of poker players to talk to in order to improve his game. I don't think I've seen him this happy or excited about a gift I've given him before.
I'm looking forward to seeing how he has improved as I meet him next time.
