Nazgul won a pretty big pot. He told it in German so it might not be 100% accurate. Here we go:
Tight player UTG opens to about 6,000. Nazgul on the button looked at KK and 3bet to 12,800. UTG asked how much he had and they had about equal stack sizes. He called after a short period of deliberation.
Flop 964 with 2 diamonds. Nazgul had the King of diamonds. Pot is about 30,000 and UTG donked 28,000. Nazgul doubting between calling and shipping, shipped it in for 70,000 more or so and UTG ended up open folding JJ.
Nazgul up above 150,000. Weee
We are nearing the end of the day.
Allanon is still at 200k. He moved to the table of Statistican and has position on him with only Luca Pagano between them.
There are 95 players in and the first 80 will cash.
Nazgul is doing fine as well. He just opened from the SB to 8,000. and got a call from the big blind. Then flop came JJ4 with two clubs and action went check check. Turn 7c and Nazgul bet 12.5k and BB folded.
He's around 160k.

Lol at Boris Becker's wife. She also didn't like me for raising too much in the 2.5k side event in London even though I didn't do what Bongbob did... Was Boris sitting next to her giving Bongbob staredowns?

Not much to report about unfortunately.
Haven't seen Nazgul or Allanon play any hands.
When I arrived back at the table Daniel picked up a pot with a bet on the flop but that's it.
Day 2 of the 1k side event has begun. Igor aka lechuckpoker has reached the last 32 players.
87 players are left in the Main Event which means 7 more bust outs until we are ITM.
There's a break coming up in 15 minutes. I will bring you the chip counts then.
Oh btw, one guy at their table is openraising to 5BB.

Daniel got Aces once and picked up the pot preflop after a squeeze.
Morgoth is on a real rollercoaster winning AA vs A9 and losing AK vs TT for >100k pots.
statistican has got a pretty funny table.
He openraised the second hand with QQ.
The guy on the BB said: "Oh yeah, we got some action baby, you know what, let's see a flop, I CALL!"
Flop came: Q42 with a flushdraw
statistican cbet and the guy check/raised him all in.
Pokerstrategy's black member didn't need much time to figure out he was gonna call and the BB proudly turned over 94o.
Also at his table, 2 opponents with stacks 80k and 90k played a hand that went something like this:
Player 1 openraises to 10k
Player 2 3bets to 20k
Player 1 4bets to 40k
Player 2 5bet shoves
Player 1 folds showing AQo
Player 2 shows JJ
Player 1 goes on tilt
I spoke with Pieter de Korver on day 1 and it went like:
P:"Any of your players here?"
M "Yep, so you won't get first this time"
P: " That's okay I'll sign for third, just don't put them on my table"
And now the three of them are happily playing together. Pieter shipped it in with pocket sixes against Allanon's 3bet already and he had to fold

Daniel makes a cbet and Korver folds.
Nazgul couple hands later opened and got folds from everyone and picked up the blinds.
Goddamned Korver, don't you have enough money yet?
Nazgul opens to 10.5 on the CO.
Pieter de Korver puts him all in on the BB.
Nazgul lookst pretty disgusted and tells Pieter he thinks he is just playing the money bubble. (oh yes, Nazgul busted on the bubble).
He ended up calling.
They had to wait quite long to show their hands since the money bubble needs to be filmed and Kremser needs to be there.
De Korver showed A:dT:d
Nazgul showed AJo
Flop came 5:dT:c6:d.
Needless to say this flop completely smashes Nazgul's advantage putting him way behind now.
A Q:c on the turn gave him some more outs again but a Q:s on the river sent a very dissapointed Nazgul home on the Money Bubble.
