are we allowed to use BASIC video, strategy, chart etc in our blog, facebook page....upload your basic video to our youtube channel to attract people to join pokerstrategy....etc?

If the video is basic then this is no problem, in fact, we actively encourage this behaviour!
If you do go ahead and decide to do this, please share your results with us as well!

The same goes, by the way, for any content with basic status.
Of course, you should credit us and not just directly copy the content and pass it off as your own.
