Question: When you play Omaha Hi-Lo, what cards "on the board" determine whether or not there will or won't be a low hand?

You have a low hand if you have 5 different cards (their values... As = Ah) each of them lower or equal to 8.
e.g. board is 2 5 K T 7 and you have AT73 you have low 7532A
if board is 3 5 K T 7 and you have AT73 you don't have low hand
