(i'll have the 1000 SP in a few days i'd imagine)
also can i have a schedule on exactly what time/day the freerolls are? i don't want to miss the next one (obviously couldn't qualify for this one as the list hasn't been updated yet)
You qualify for the language you set yourself in settings. Probably English for you. I can tell you though, you will need a lot of points to qualify there

any schedule for timings of tournaments? only information I can find is for the freeroll in August
The country top ten freeroll, called the Poker Strategy RACE freeroll, happens every fortnight.
As more and more people play on Titan, the qualifying level gets a bit higher, but just over 1000 strategy points in a fortnight is still just enough.

I am a bronze member and as far as i know there is a weekly freerool on Titan for all Bronze members if they reach 1SP. I tried to register yesterday but said that i am not allowed to register?! What do i need, some special invitation you sent me, special token? When will you send me invitation? Thank you for your answer.

@ tancika: I think you couldn't register because you had to collect one StrategyPoint before the 3rd of November.
