Assume I only have $200 to my name, I would use that money to buy foods first.
Then I talk to a staker and convince him to stake me. Or I start coaching a few micro-stakes players and build my initial bankroll that way.
With the knowledge that I have, it doesn't make sense for me to start grinding at micro-stakes to build a BR. I would use the above methods instead.
But, let's say I can't get staked nor use coaching to fund my initial bankroll.
I think I can start playing 3/6-10/20PLO in about 4-6 weeks. I would only play PLO and I would game select like crazy and only play when there's at least one huge fish at the tables.
As I win more money, I would open as many clients as possible so I have access to all the fishes.
I know bumhunting is not cool but it is the safest way to build a bankroll.

What I would like to ask you is this:
What would you say to people who have earned their money through real work and don't really like gambling or relying on luck alone when they invest money on an activity?
What else is there to say but "congrats on your success"?
Do they have a chance at making some profit out of poker or should they see it as a passtime only? Can they overcome this disadvantage through some other means (eg study or practice or perhaps using their brains more?).

What most players don't get is people who are "fish" at poker are successful at things outside of poker. After all, they can afford to give you their disposable income.
These recreational players DO have the capacity to play poker well but either they just want to play for fun or they don't want to dedicate a lot of time to it.
They can overcome these disadvantages if they spend more time studying it. Poker isn't too complicated to get competent at if you put in the hours.

I do charity once a year where I raise money to buy Christmas gifts for abused children / orphans.
I'm not a very sympathetic person because I think most, if not all, obstacles be conquered (except for deadly diseases of course).
However, kids don't have that choice so they always have a soft spot in my heart.

The "Poker Blueprint" is beginner guide on how to play aggressive poker. Although it's "beginner," it's probably more advanced than most mass produced books out there.
LTBR advocates a very aggressive style that requires good hand reading to execute well.
Exploiting Regulars Workbook is good for players learning how to play better against regulars. It was written in a manner as if you're getting coached from me with the hand history analysis and also a quiz at the end to make sure you understand what you read.
2. How many tables you play generally and why? And how many hands you try to play per month? Do you prefer 4 - 6 tables and play more hours/day or you play more tables? I read in one of your previous answers that when we start playing in a new limit we should start from 2-3 tables max which I find very good advice.. which are the indicators you use in order to start adding more tables?
I generally play 6 tables. If I play more than that, my game suffers considerably.
I don't have a monthly quota on how many hands I should play. I play whenever I want to play and if I'm not in the mood to play, I won't. Using this process ensures that I'm in a good mood any time I play poker and thus, I'll be on my 'A' game more. Most high-stakes/nosebleed players I know use this method.
I add more tables when other tables have obvious fish. Or I can play one more table without playing worse.

For the last years, I have been busy running my company and there are tons of things for me to do. Due to a lack of time, I only play when I'm writing a new book so I can be sure my strategies actually work.
Also, I play a lot of high-stakes during the WSOP where the live cash games are soft so there's no data on that.

I love Stracraft: Broodwar. I used to play 6-10 hours every day during high school and occasionally watch the games on teamliquid. BISUUU!!!
But nowadays, I don't have much time so I don't play or follow the games as much.
I'm horrible at all games. Fortunately, the only online game I'm good is the one that actually makes money haha.

Why do you ask that? He didn't state his online result. The title of the book is "How I Made My First Million From Poker" so I assume he mean online+live+other poker related income.

My brother wanted do start play poker more seriously but he doesn't know which type of poker should start (plo, nlhe...) and which "style" (sh,hu,fr,tournaments...)? What do you advice? (Till now he played NLHE SH for about 3 months NL4.)

If he's in it for the long run, learn NL first since it's easier to teach poker fundamentals in NL.
If he's in it for a year or two and make a quick buck, hit up PLO.
Learn how to play HU and 6-max. Bumhunt like it's in style.

So how the hell he is capable of beating High stakes PLO??

You think a player who is starting now in micros should already give a great importance to this part or is it more important to develop the technical part?
The technique makes difference in micros (between reg and fish), but to develop the mental part but will make learning fast, so as evolution because it will be better prepared to deal with certain negative situations (dowswing, lack motivation / confidence, ..), to study and assimilate knowledge, maintaining concentration, which allows a greater extension of the a-game ..
For a player more nl4/10 interest know when to apply a 3 bet than what makes you keep playing your A game for several sessions? your answer changes to nl25/50?

I have another question. I have asked this to other professional players as well cause I want to shape a better idea. So here it is.
What is your opinion about playing between 4am -8am. Are these still good hours (in poker terms of course) now that US players can't play?
The reason I ask is because I want to increase the hours I play so I was thinking that I could play 2-3 hours very early in the morning and 2-3 hours after 18:00. Since I can't put much volume yet ..like playing 4 or 6 consecutive hours I thought that by doing two separate sessions would be easier and this way I ll have time to rest in between. I also like waking up early and I have much energy these hours.
