Both our guys have managed to double up in the first 30 minutes.

Nazgul has 16k and RobbieV has 18k now.

RobbieV had gone all in once to pick up the blinds. He then went all in again on a 3-bet with AJ and got called by 77.

He won the race by hitting a J

RobbieV

As for Nazgul, he went all in with A9 vs 55
Nazgul hit the 9 on the river

486 left blinds are 400/800

RobbieV is busto
Nazgul has 11k

RobbieV shoved A2 and the big blind called with 10bb with A9, villain held.

He then shoved UTG with 8.5k chips ~11BB with KQs and the same villain snap called with KK. The flop came K33 to end the hand right there

Blinds up to 500/1k/100 and we're on the bubble.

Nazgul is still in with ~10BB

Nazgul is ITM!

But he busts 1 hand later to finish in 423rd place. He will take home $1,880 but his slip says $47k.

Would be nice if they ship him $47k.

The hand he busted went like this.

Girl in EP limps, Nazgul goes all in, player to his left is also all in.

QQ vs AA (limper) vs AQ.

No 1 outer miracle and Nazgul is busto

Before I forget, Nazgul said that he ran into aces five times in this event. Three of those times was QQ vs AA

I went to check on Hungarian coach Iteopepe88 aka WSOP bracelet winner Péter Gelencsér.

Unfortunately, he is already busto.

His table mates told me he had about 150k chips (about 18bb) in the hand and got it in with AJ vs AQ. He hit a flush draw on the turn but never completed it.
