1)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A♣, K♦

Flop: (12,40 SB) 7♥, K♣, J♠ (3 players)

BB bets, MP2 calls, Hero raises, BB calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (9,20 BB) 8♠ (3 players)

BB checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, MP2 calls.

River: (12,20 BB) 5♠ (3 players)

BB checks, MP2 checks, Hero checks.

I definitely missed a value-bet on the river, didn't I?

2)
0,25/0,50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K♠, A♠

3 folds, Hero raises, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4,40 SB) 7♠, K♣, 3♦ (2 players)

BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3,20 BB) 6♥ (2 players)

BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, BB folds.

Final Pot: 8,20 BB

Was this 3-bet correct on the turn or should I just have called him to get another BB on the river?

1) Yes, you did!
2) Calldown. A cap would be very ugly.

1) again: don´t fear something goofy too early. your hand is strong and these guys call nearly everything. so bet for value :)

2) just call it down. a check/raise on the turn often shows a lot of strengh... especially on a "dry" board like this.
