1)
0,25/0,50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BU with Q♣, A♣

UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 raises, 2 folds, MP3 calls, CO folds, Hero calls, 2 folds.

Flop: (7,40 SB) 5♦, 2♠, Q♦ (3 players)

UTG+2 bets, MP3 calls, Hero raises, UTG+2 3-bets, MP3 folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (7,20 BB) 5♣ (2 players)

UTG+2 bets, Hero calls.

River: (9,20 BB) 6♥ (2 players)

UTG+2 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11,20 BB

Holding top pair with top kicker heads-up I anyway get frightened by the 3-Bet on flop in combination with the early raise so that I decide to just call it down. Did I miss a value-raise on the turn?

2)

0,25/0,50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q♥, A♦

4 folds, Hero raises, BU calls, 2 folds.

Flop: (5,40 SB) A♣, 4♦, 2♣ (2 players)

Hero bets, BU calls.

Turn: (3,70 BB) K♣ (2 players)

Hero bets, BU raises, Hero calls.

River: (7,70 BB) J♠ (2 players)

Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 9,70 BB

Similar problem here I'm holding top pair with a strong kicker again. After getting check-raised on the turn I decide to call it down (this time in fear of a flush). Should I have bet on the river again to avoid him getting a free showdown?

0,25/0,50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A♠, Q♦

UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls, 2 folds, MP3 calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (10,00 SB) T♦, A♣, J♠ (5 players)

Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (7,50 BB) 6♠ (5 players)

Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+2 checks, MP3 bets, Hero raises, 3 folds, MP3 calls.

River: (11,50 BB) 8♠ (2 players)

Hero checks, MP3 checks.

Final Pot: 11,50 BB

Two questions here. Was a flop bet into 4 opponents the correct move or should I have hoped for a late position bet to check-raise the flop for protection? I absolutely did not want to give a free turn card on this draw heavy board. Did I miss a value-bet on the river?

1) calldown is fine
2) fine as well (btw: you were not check-raised ;))
3) bet flop, bet turn, bet river
You never know if someone in late position bets in this unraised pot, so you can't go for check-raise here!

1) good

2) good. no need to donk the river. you have much showdown value but a raise would be horrible.

3) you are the pfa and you hit top pait on a rainbow but coordinated board... so bet all 3 streets for value and call down to a raise :)
easy river bet btw. don´t feat a backdoorflush too early

1) i think he is playing accoring to the shc so a coldcall is fine.
when you move up in limits (and move to sh) it´s a 3-betting hand preflop as dwade metioned.
