it is. the question is if you should raise the flop to get heads up and to protect your hand. i think you should.

Don't post the blind in the CO at a 9 handed table. You lose much money by doing so.

Raise the flop.

Since the blind was posted, wouldn't raise pre-flop be an option? Good chance the blinds fold, and you have position on the limper?

And flop being played as is, raise turn? There are several draws possible.

You can raise here but he should play accordingly to the SHC so I haven't mentioned it.

EDIT: Draws are possible but you can't fold to a 3-bet so it's wa/wb.

Questions:

1 - UTG+2 bets on flop, he probably has a top pair or a flush draw. Any other possibilities I didn't think of ? Is the flush draw more likely than the top pair ??? (Cause if he had A + high card he would have raised the pre-flop ?)
2 - If the case was the first one (top pair), he probably has a higher kicker than 7, so raising would be pretty much losing money. Is that right ?
3 - if the case was the flush draw, then you have the advantage and you should raise his raise. So it depends on how you read him, doesn't it ?

1. He can bet even a lower pair here so he gives us the opportunity to protect our hand. There are 2 more players with us which can draw very cheap if we don't raise here and this is the main reason why we raise here. If he makes a 3/bet a better hand than our is the most likely but we can't fold because we still have outs.

2. Yes if we would know his hand then we can plaz perfect but since we don't know his hand we don't yet if he will 3-bet us.

3. It depends mostly on probabilities but of course of reads too.
