Low ag and low wts. Seems like a bet/fold to me?

looks like a good spot for c/c to me because the flushdraw busted

What sample size do we need to correctly "read" villain?

puh good question... depends.
for values like vpip or wts a 3 digits samplesize can give you a quite good impression. special values like river ats or fold bb to steal need a higher sample size because you are less often in situations where you steal/defend blinds.

500+ is good imho. but as i said above: 100-200 is sometimes enough

Good question. I think you can never red him for 100% ever.

Under 50 hands you should consider him as unknown.
50 hands are often enough to identify him as a fish (or not).
100 are enough to see judge his vpip and pfr values. (Important for the advanced preflop play.)
200-500 for wts, af and attempt to steal, etc.
500+ should be accurate enough to play him like the stats tell you. But pay attention to wird lines and take notes. Do not judge him by his BB/100. This value is often wrong even if you have 10000+ hands.
