I think I do valuebet. His range is pretty narrow and the J:C or K:C he would have bet with. If he has a 9 or a T so be it, but he will call worse hands aswell.
I almost never see you having 2 valuebets here, we are beat in more than 50% if our turnbet gets called.
Against a callingstation, valuebet the river, against any other player Bet/Fold turn, check behind river.
Against aggressive-maniac check behind turn, call any river.
