Preflop: I want to defend my blind with my pocket 6. But I don't know how I could do this in the best way ![]()
Calling is good (in my blinddefendchart it says that I should call it) but then I have very difficult postflopdecisions, especially against a TAG.
Raising would be also good because I have in the meantimes a "coinflip", So I would push my little equityedge and have a nobrainer bet on the flop
Flop: There are two overcards and the board is twosuited. With his range he has often hit the K and have otherwise at least six outs against me. Now, I don't know how to play it very well.
On the one side I want to call because I have often enough the best hand but when I call, the turn will almost everytime a higher card than my 6 and he is very aggressive. In course of this I will be confronted with a second barrel on the turn which I should call when I believe that I'm ahead. But whats the riverplay when I call it on the turn again?
If he is unimproved he will check behind with every worse hand, so I should donk/call or donk/fold the river. Another problem would be that he is IP and so he could take a freecard on the turn to draw.
The other possible play would be to check/raise the flop and bet/fold the turn unimproved but I don't know if this is the right play with such hands. So I ask for it? *g*
