Flop isn´t very bad for you. You will loose to over pairs but you are ahead against AJ+,KQ which is enough in my opinion to bet/call flop (backdoor straight draw) and fold turn ui.
Fold to a turnraise is correct but not to a flop3bet since many opponents 3bet overcards :).
But when I call the 3-bet on the flop I have to fold to a turnbet if I don't improve, right?
