I have 1/3 equity so it can be a call.
I should throw out some of them which would have been folded on the flop or turn. With it I'm sure it's an easy fold.

You should not equilate the PS.COM range, because
- it's much wider then that, since his vpip is 66
- he won't make this play with his whole range

I think it's an easy bet/fold on the turn, he's not that aggresive and you only have a gutshot while you are drawing dead to a flush and fullhouse.

your opponent is pretty passive but nevertheless it's a blindbattle so I see no fold here ver on the turn. You have a lot outs if he has a 7 or just an ace.
Improved I like betting more as he now might check behind worse hands but bet better. If he is raising again I like a fold (on a 4-suited board) as he won't bluff you that often. When improving to the straight check/calling is fine as well as bet/folding.
