Given his preflop play i would put him on ak/kk/aa or tt on turn raise, so given on the read i would fold, if hes streight forward guy or calldown if hes tricky.

And dont raise that hand from that position :P.

hand 1) call preflop, c/r flop b/c turn the 3-bet is overplayed and c/c river. i cant see a fold here with twopair headsup. but u really overplayed the hand.

hand 2) fold preflop you are dominated a whole bunch of times.
since u didnt, raise flop you have top pair top kicker and want to thin the field or take the pot right here
