For me an important factor how loose i isolate also depends on the sb and bb stats if they are aggressive i tighten up my isolating range but 22 is really close.
I guess if the blinds are really tight i might do it from time to time if there is a decent chance i get it HU.
He would be a pretty good candidate i guess passive and not showdown bound 
Yep I do it as gape0000 does it. 22 plays fine HU but if there is a high chance of playing this hand 3 or 4 handed I rather fold here. A TAG in the BB might often call. A TAG in the SB may even 3-bet pretty loose as he knows that you will isolate CO very loose as well.
So you should only raise if SB and BB are no good TAGs, LAGs or callingstation. Well so almost never I guess. :/
Um, are those the stats of CO? If so they are mostly irrelevant, if someone is limping the CO they are bad and we want to play hands with them and I would raise from the SB with a wide range against TAGish blinds.
