BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks.
Turn: (1.75 BB) 9:c (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks.
River: (1.75 BB) 5:s (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO folds, BB calls.
Final Pot: 3.75 BB.
I would just check behind river.
THere are practically no weaker hands that will call your bet and you are going to win the pot with TT anyway if villains have air.

Well, why? He's probably playing check/fold until the river where your bet does not indicate a strong hand so he goes for a call.
There's no need for him to bet turn because the pot is too small to try to steal it and his equity is shit against so many players on this board.
With mid-pocket pairs I tend to play raise or fold pre-flop. So I'd probably fold 66 from MP1 (unless the table is super-tight). I don't think that limping is bad if the pot is big (for example you have the same hand in the CO and 4 people have limped in before you), but here I'd play r or f.
With regards to his play, this is entirely normal I think. He saw a free flop, got second pair and didn't believe your Donk on the river. I don't think anyone with his hand would be aggressive on that flop.
checkbehind the river. there is no worse pair calling and somebody could have checked any pair, hoping that somebody else is going to bluff. 9x won'T fold and Jx neither! you could bet the flop to see where you are @. CO is often enough still unimproved and you can take down the pot right away on the flop!
