Option is to bet flop which is prolly the safest play here.You have a second pair in unraised pot which makes you a favourite.
Another option is as you played to check and induce action.That is possible since your equity on this board is never super dooper great and I would not expect them to fold much anyway and mostly because pot is really small therefore protection looses merit.
Turn I would definatelly check and also on the river since you dont really have any value in a bet. If it goes bet-call then you have a clear fold,if it goes bet-fold is hard but I would probably go for a call. If it goes check-bet it is hard and I think you can fold in this case due to one player to act behind you and you are only given 1:2,7...close one though.
If they both check behind and show random air then take a note and in future always bet such flops
