after the riverraise i see his range highly decreased:

QJ, 55, any spiked Flush, maybe something like T8, K8

since the flush is highly unlikely and you'll get paid off most of the time i think the 3bet is okay, you could equilate this and see if you got 66% equity vs his range which would justify a 3bet here. QJ is your only real enemy tbh...

when we set QJ K8 T8 and Kx Flushdraws that he made on the river you don't even have 50% to reraise. look here

since QJ is a big portion of his range it really depends on whether he's capable of delaying this hand. first i'd assume him to raise again on the turn and as he didn't i'd rather put him on a 2pair or something like that but rarely on QJ or the flush. i like the 3bet!
