Checking turn is okay too. His most likely hands are pairs and A highs. Better hands will not fold to a bet. Worse Ace high might call, but checking has some value, Firstly, he might get tempted to bluff on the river. Secondly, you have a weak draw to the nuts. It would be horrible to get check-raised. You'd get pot odds such that you'd have to think about folding (wasting 1BB) - or paying 2BB for a gutshot draw.
On balance, I prefer checking.
