I think it is fine played. These guys can easily donk his Q . or the complete opposite, they donk something absolutely terrrible because they think you have nothing and HAVE to fold when the board pairs and they think they represent a Q 
so you just called which I think is fine. Theres no real reason to raise if you dont want a 3bet in the head most of the times.
btw. whats your name on stars ? currently im grinding 5/Tc big time as a project and preparation for moving up. I wanna see if I have played vs you

Im betting it on the river. Chance that he has Kx,5x,pocket or even wierd Ahigh call are much higher than him having Qx. Besides when you c/c you are most of the time gonna be paying off with a worse hand since worse hands will most likely check behind. Wouldnt say its a huge mistake but I totally go for another valuebet.
omg i was under the impression that the guy donked into you on the river. no no then its a clear bet on river for sure just like dawn said.
