I did fold because I thought the re-raise means three of a kind: Q

You have Top Pair Top kicker and i can't imagine any situation where you fold your Top Pair Top Kicker on the flop, perhaps later ... but who knows.

It is important for you: Don't expect the worst.

What do you think is more likely he will raise here:

KQ, QJ, QT or something like that.

Of course it could also mean a Jack here.
