The flop raise is questionable.
On the river, you have to rely on population reads, or, better, individual reads. I'd raise here by default because he may be donking with as little as a pair, and will then call a raise. The rationale is this: If he has the nuts (full house), then why would he donk?
I would just call the Flop, with the Intention to see the Showdown if no J T Q is coming. GUtshots, he may donk with and follow through. And in terms of your range, you say to your opponent right on the flop, that you have a hand that is able to stand some heat and is willing to put in some more money. It's not a bad play since with your nutflushdraw and T and A as overcards to at least 9x, you have a decent equity.
About 50% but when you think about all your possible hands, you have to admit that you'd not raise with T9 , neither you'd do with AJ AT AQ with no Flushdraw. You have to call a lot of hands and if you raise a lot of hands right away on the Flop, you'll become quite weak if you just call the Flop. To avoid giving information about your range right away on the Flop, you'D call with most of your hands. Exception is if your opponent is a maniac or an aggressive fish and doesnt pay attention about your plays anyways but he's just playing his hand. In this case you can raise the Flop in order to induce more action and bring 4SB in the Pot.
Cap Turn is quite standard. You have the Nuts. When you were facing the Donkbet on the River it was correct not to raise again since his 3bet indicates that he's got 33 K9 99 KK. Too likely he made a boat now so calling is fine and being in SB's shoes, you'd check the River with a boat and induce another bet from a madeflush. Really good players on higher limits they may not bet since a boat is quite likely but on the lowlimits, everyone is betting his flush on the River.
