I think this hand falls in my bluff range, but the question goes beyond this particular hand. How would you play with your range here? anyone willing to break it down?

Personally I'd raise the flop but that may be a stylistic thing

If you have no flop raising range in position then the way you played it is fine. You have no high card value and a gutshot in a super wide range situation, it's almost impossible that you're not going to bluff a hand like that at some point.

Additionally I'd 3-bet his hand sometimes from the BB vs a SB open

To break down a flop raising range I'd say:

Value: Any 6x or better
Bluff: J-High or worse: any gutshot+, any 3x and 5x with BDFD.
