Your description about this player is impressive. I'dwish each one would bring along such detailed reads but your sample is smalland maniac and he folds much iskind of contradictive. Against maniacs who peel a lot you should preferable just 3bet with showdownvalue hands or suitedconnectors with good implied odds. Equitywise , if he really opens any2 from any position,you could also 3bet K2o but this hand doesn't playthatwell and does not win big pots, has marginal showdownvalue and you don't actually know where you're at if getting raised at some point.

3betting a lot iscertainly the right adaption but you'recertainly not supposed to 3bet with 43s. This hand has just 38% EQ against a 100% Range. Kind of obvious as43s is a crappy hand andyou'll neverflop toppair or hita big flop that often. This handis just an easy muck.Rather 3bet a hand like 78s that has 47% EQ and plays well and has good implied odds.

I think, I was mistaken about he is maniac, more correctly to say - maniac preflop - nit postflop.
I had a big discussion about if its profitable line postflop. (Assuming he really fold that much on the river. So lack of equity compensated by high fold equity)
