As I'm not able to fold it against a 3-bet I would play it passive as well. If he has a J he is drawing to 2 outs as pairing his kicker wouldn't improve him. If he has a flushdraw you won't get him off as well and you might get in the ugly spot in deciding what to do against a 3-bet.
The river is not nice. You are behind against the J, behind against the flush and only ahead of a bluff. But you showed no strength at all so he might even bet with K-high or tries a last bluff so calling is fine here as well.
