He looks really passive so on one side its kinda strong when he bets the river but then again his stats dont suggest he's the kind that donks draws on flop and turn so i put him on weaker K or 2 pair type of hand and raise the river again.

I also raise river. This donking line so very often just some weak made hand that doesnt allow freecards or freeSD.He doesnt have a straight/set as he would 3-bet the turn and BDFD is not that logical too.
