Should I have played this hand differently? I guess I made a big mistake in this hand though by calling the turn.

Raise preflop! That is a big MISTAKE. By 3betting preflop you have a chance to fold out BB out of the pot and get it HU where your equity is significantly higher than 3 way.
As played you cant do anything beside calling for your outs and calling down improved river and expect to win decent amount of the time.

Turn is almost a pure math problem (that I haven't gone through) after you have assigned villain a range. We get 4.5:1, and I think we can pretty much cancel implied odds against reverse implied odds. This makes it close, so I don't know what to do.

Had you raised preflop (as you should have), the pot would be bigger on turn and you'd have to call.

Button stAts with very little sample show perhaps a maniac
So raise preflop is a must
now in turn you must call because these cards villain has is an exception
You hope in the turn that in the river with any 7 you will win and that with any club you have 60% to win because you win if opponent has not full with any club if he has not club and also you win if he has club less than 7
So you must call turn and river
