i think its a value bet too. a flush would donk, especially at this limit.

yeah but these bad players are also playing sh and there are other advantages like playing more hands an hour and that you are more often heads up with a fish

Might be right but if he doesn't feel that well with playing SH it's not that bad. I played 1/2$ FR as well. (in the past playing up to 2/4$ FR was usual if not even higher)

Practising SH at another site with a free bonus I got from Ultimate and not having great success !!

I don't want to risk my bankroll at SH until I'm confident first....

and the only reason i ASK you to so is not that i´m bossy or just want to talk some crap its just because its much easier for people like cirith to overlook the situation -.-

thats of course something i understand. but when you had the br to play 1/2 fr... and then you had "a good run" you should have a bankroll which is by far big enough to try sh at 0,5/1 where the risk isn´t too high...
and again thats not because I WANT YOU to do it, its just because of everybody will tell you that sh is much more profitable than fr because its just true... i didn´t want to play sh either but when i got into it i loved it. i was told to play sh by ulek and stefan btw ^^. but i think they have no clue about poker too. and when you ask a coach when to switch to shorthanded about 90% of them will answer "as soon as possible".
i didn´t want to be bossy or force you to do something... it was just a friendly advice but i think i won´t give "friendly advices" anymore -.-
