As we know that UTG is aggressive he will bet the turn again even with the second T. Hence we play check/raise because then BU is not faced with two bets. In HU situations I would prefer bet/3-bet.
The question is what to do if UTG 3-bets - is a cap justified? Against aggressive players I would say yes.

I vote bet/3-bet. UTG is aggressive so he would raise the flop with a lot of hands including straight draws. Therefore we can consider ourselves ahead most of the time. Bet/3-bet extracts the most value from UTG if he raises and protects against a possible draw from BU. If UTG only calls we have a chance for an overcall from BU, but have to be more careful on the river in case a draw-completing card comes.

The mistake was earlier in the hand because a donk on the flop doesn't make much sense here. You should check/raise the flop to trap them all. If he is very strong he might 3-bet and you have the chance to check/raise the turn again. With donk/call flop and then check/raising the turn you shut down the action because you showed very much strength what you don't want with a big hand.
If he raised AK which is possible because he is more aggressive than the average player he might even take a freecard at the turn whic is a disaster.

I think it´s close. Will UTG raise if we bet? Will UTG bet if we check? He will bet most definitively, but will he call or even 3-bet our raise?
