first of all it should be: "... hand 2) has to live without one."
(my english isn't that good either but we can learn from each other ;))

1)UTG+1 might also raise with weaker hands like pair of aces or some other two pair so we have a simple value 3-bet. (If we assume him playing after SHC only AQs, AJs and KQs is possible.) Additionally BB seems to be on a draw and we want him to pay for it.

2)Bet for protection. Straight and flush draws are possible and a freecard would be horrible. With the ace on the river ('s' for spade?) I would play check/call for bluff induce.

1) Definately a 3-bet, as we now have a 2-pair. And it's very unlikely that we were slowplayed by someone that had a set or straight.

2) A continuation bet is in order. (on the turn)

1) easy 3-bet as Villain would have raised his Set or Str8 to protect against the fd.

2)a) I´d play bet/fold here, as every 8 or Q will most definitively raise here. I would have just 2 Outs against them.
b) Depends on how many Villains will see the River. I think i´d play c/c here for bluffinduce of a busted fd... This is a hard decision. Think a Value Bet is too thin here. I don´t wanna be raised in this spot, i don´t get any Q or A to fold and i might have 2 villains. c/c if there isn´t a bet/raise in front of me.

1) 3-bet! We're OOP so we can't wait for the river and are 3-betting for value. We could be against trips, but I think it's more likely that we're up against a worse two-pair.

One little explaination to hand 2b):

There is no hand except a 6 which would call another bet (vs unknown) and with a check we may induce a bluff from a busted flushdraw. We are not very often ahead but 10:1 should be enough here.
