I think it is worth the risk preflop since you have to put 1c into a 9c pot (you can safely asume that the MP+1 will call.)

I can understand the check on the flop although I would bet there since the MP+1 would see this flop with his entire limping range, (he would never fold to a1c raise according to me), so the A offers some fold equity according to me and you have 9 outs to a flush

On the turn however, you hit the nut flush, OK, since the board pairs there is the option of a full house/quads, but you should definitely bet here, and on the river you should bet again if you got called on the turn, if you got check raised on the turn I'd just call on the river

Preflop you get 9:1 odds which is enough for any suited cards. You even have some high card value. SB will probably go all-in with any 2. There is nothing to fear from SB. Bet your draw on the flop. You have a very good equity with many outs. You might even get better hands to fold as MP+1 has a hard time to call his pockets when he has 3 overcards against him. On the turn, bet/3-bet. The chance for a full house is small. If MP+1 had a set or a 2-pair on the flop he should have bet it, even if the pot was small.

Of course you should also bet the river. So far MP+1 did nothing to represent a better hand. If you want value for your monster this is the last chance to get some money in the pot. You must bet your monsters to get a payout.

I was trying to trap him with a c/r, but it just seemed like I was losing value when I called down the hand... oh well, you live and learn...

Don't play tricky. This is the lowest of the micros and your opponents won't understand anyway what is expected of them. You also have no indication that the opponent would bet the turn. Obviously he didn't have much on the flop, the turn card pairs one of the flop cards, so it is unlikely he now has something worth to bet. But for a signifant amount of time he has made a hand on the turn he likes to call. Any lonely heart might do the trick. There are a lot of possibilities for him to have a heart with an arbitrary other card.

On the micros, don't count on others to bet for you, count on them to call.
