I'd say he is pretty polarized on the river. Say he has AK/micro pocket and better or JT(s) and worse. If I reason correctly, there aren't many of these worse hands that reasonably 3-bet preflop (and have missed that board). Fold.

This is a wierd one becasue you'll have a ton of loose peels on the flop that picked up 1-card FDs or gutshots and now you have to fold so in theory balance could dictate this being close to a call

However in reality I think folding's absolutely fine.

I'm not sure I understand this. Do you mean that the BB should put akasoul on a draw-heavy range on the turn (with plenty of K and A highs), and therefore must bluff wider than usual?

Flopcall is ok against aggressive 3better and you have some outs and the chance it gets check check on the Turn. The 9 gives you another 3 Outs on your gutshot but given odds of just 1:6 you require 7 Outs to proceed and even if he 3bets aggressively, he has more 9x and Qx in his range that have his the Flop or Turn. On a Turn no i would call the Turn again but so you have just 3 Outs on your Gutshot and 2-3 Outs on J and K so with just 6 remaining outs you should just fold the Turn.
