Dawnfall... how did you get the range? I used 20% (PFR x MP3 multiplier ie 20% * 1 = 20%) and equilator came up with this as villians pre flop range:

I use aprox chart. Tbh I dont really get the point with the multipliers. My stats are 25/21 and I am not so loose as your range so this guy isnt either.

I guess either option is not a major mistake and more reads dependent.
I 3-bet this pf and don't fold it on the flop. Why do we need 37%?
We can continue on the turn with A/J/K/Q/heart and maybe even some other cards that could help out equity
hmmm... so 37 % would be for SD bound line. We need 4,5+ outs to continue otherwise. And yes we get them obviously with two overs and BDSD,BDFD
