Vs unknown player I would just go for standard 3bet preflop line since Im not super sure he will always cbet turn. Many players (especially weaker players) way to often raise flop IP to get a freecard or even do this with a hand like 4x,Jx,... So I would certainly preffer to just 3bet flop to avoid such problems.

Sure your line is also possible and is totally fine to make your b/c range a bit stronger since it will clearly include a lot of Ax,pockets,gutshots which you will potentionally fold on turn cards...still here I dont think its needed at all.

Rest of the hand is easy. Im not sure though how u managed to calculate equity since bad players limping ranges are hard to guess but with TP you are doing pretty good most of the time(75% is too high though here almost for sure)

Your line is viable and basically you should have those line in your repertoire. As Dawnfall mentioned correctly.

You have many hands you'll be just calling and pursue passively with on the Turn. Like 77 88 99 JT AT AK. To balance those "weaker" hands its fine to include a strong toppair in your Callingrange to a raise on the Flop but you shouldnt be as concerned about a strategical optimal play but first of all try to fast play your strong hands out of position and negate the advantages of having position such as taking a freecard with T8 T9 KT AT and weak Pairs.

Just with a good read you've picked on your opponent and being relatively certain that hes following through on the turn with another bet => your line becomes better.

The reason is that you can just win 0,5BB extra by checkraising the Turn but you might possibly lose 1,5BB if he checks behind the Turn. So the Checkraise is not as efficient, considered how much you might be losing if hes taking the freecard.

Against unknown better be less tricky and try to keep less focus on a balanced play but rather play exploitive poker and fastplay, especially oop. Given you'd been IP, the standardline is to just call the Flop in order to raise the turn when he bets again.
