0.05/0.1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant.Base 0.99 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A♦, T♥
2 folds, Hero raises, 2 folds, BU 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.40 SB) J♠, 7♣, 3♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 4.20 BB

Should I call the 3-bet preflop, (pretty sure I should), and then flop thing I should be playing b/f. Rather than c/f, is that correct???

Hi!

You played it well. Never fold preflop to just one raise!! odds are always too good to fold.

Flop fold is totally fine. He is 3betting MP2 openraise and a nitty looking guy does this with a really strong range(KQs,ATs+,AJo+,88+ is my assumption) and ATo does poorly against such range on this flop.
And why would you donk flop?!? he has a strong range and on board like this he will fold 0.
