Known players:
[tg]Position_Stack:hands/vp$ip/RaisePreflop/AF/WTS/ORL/BBvsSteal/W$SD;Hero$100:///////;BB$88:322/30/22/2.0/44/33/38/52;[/tg]
1/2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant.Base 0.99 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9♦, 6♥
2 folds, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Flop: (6,00 SB) A♠, J♣, 5♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

Turn: (3,00 BB) 3♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: 3,00 BB

With what kind of hands villain takes this line? Usually then i see a decent player do that i put them on some kind of weak SD hand witch try to induce bluffs?

i agree with you. could be a hand like KT KQ or Jx or sometimes a slowplay but this checkbehind is definitely no indication of a surrender and so just check/fold the turn and preflop fold as well with 96o against a guy who is sufficiently aggressive and does have 44 WTS! you just get in trouble with those hands oop.
