Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.90 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is CO with J♦, J♣
UTG1 folds, UTG2 raises, 2 folds, MP3 calls, Hero 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG2 caps, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (13.50 SB) Q♣, 9♦, 9♣ (3 players)
UTG2 bets, MP3 folds, Hero raises, UTG2 calls.

Turn: (8.75 BB) 2♥ (2 players)
UTG2 bets, Hero calls.

River: (10.75 BB) 8♣ (2 players)
UTG2 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 12.75 BB

How should I have played this differently? Should I have folded at the raise on the turn, called down as I did, or raised the turn since he didn't 3 bet the flop?

The choice not to 3-bet the flop is very suspicious for me. I'd say he's holding Ax - probably AK, AQ, AJ or AT. I would've played it the same as you and called down too - re-raising the turn is probably the correct line, but when you're there it's a difficult decision to make.

It'll be interesting to see what the judges say.

without good reads i think i would just call it down all the way. you aren´t ahead against a solid capping range
