Turn i call against this unreasonable fish but on the River puh. The only hand that you beat is a backdoor :diamond:-Flushdraw and a hand like Q9 T9 for just a gutshot and random trash. QT and 
Flushdraw has arrived and such a fish could also freeshowdownraise with Ax. But if he's a real maniac who could have anything there's absolutely no question whether to fold or to call. It depends on how unreasonable he is but if he's a maniac like i'd imagine a general maniac easy call on the River.
