[Closed] wrong calls?

the flop is kinda ugly with CO sitting behind you but the pot is too big to fold. the question is if you should raise to kick CO, buy some outs and maybe isolate yourself against a draw. other opinions on that?

on the turn i tend to fold. you need about 5 clean outs and with the flushdraw out there + the chance somebody has 5x, 33, JJ, AJ, KJ you are dominated/dead/drawing slim way too often

You missed out on value by not capping preflop 3 ways imo.

1) Given this is multiway I'd cap preflop. There is an arguement here for calling OOP if it's a HU pot but I can't see one here. Cap it.

2) As played Raise the flop and call down if given any more action. I'd actually bet some turns and rivers for value vs worse Ace highs too although betting that particular river would obviously be pointless.

What sort of range are we putting BB on when he donks this flop?

I'd say hand like flush draws, gutshots, maybe a mid pair to the board, possibly an A-High gutshot as well.

Unless he has a 5, 33 or very specifically A3, we're not in disastrous shape against any hand he's donking here and I'd expect him to check raise most of the big hand anyway, the pot's big and we're giving ourselves the opportunity to fold 6 outs behind us and get HU in position.

We're certainly not folding in this situation on the flop and the extra bet we put in by raising can result in some very good things happening for us so I think it's worth putting in.
