Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think flop and turn are fine but on the river we have two pair. Can we not ck/raise for value there?

We gonna get called by QT, sets, KJ and sometimes J9. It's not that pleasant.

QT is unlikely but generally at most 4 combos (and really 2 is more realistic). KJ is also somewhat unlikely and sets are generally raising flop.

So I don't see a ton of better hands that get there on the river.

On the other hand there are not too much worse hand which call that river raise. QT can be there I think, he's IP and he got BD FD, BD straight draw, but 2 overcard at least. KJ is the same on the flop. He's actually unknown, I don'T think I can get out these hands.

I would also not count every combo of those hands.

Yes, river raising is thin, but I think you still have some limited value.
