I am raising the flop like 100% and trying to get it in there.

As played, mb only calling turn and river although im not thrilled about it and expect to be beaten quite some times as the guy looks nitty and i dont think he valuebets Qx/78 and besides Qx and 78 his value range is AA/KK/higher sets and flushes.

Assign him with a range of AQ/AA/KK/QQ/77/88/78s few combinations of A high flushes + 9T/TJ flush combos and few bluffs like A♥:Kx and see what the calculations show

But i misclic the flop, sorry maybe my wrote don't understand, my english is week, than poker knownladge. I don't know villain overplay his hand, 99 he had to give up the turn, comes 3 heart and over lap. What do you think?

I'd also raise the flop, there's a lot of FDs and OPs that are willing to call you. When you only called, I think it should be fine to just call it down. He could be potentially valuebetting worse or even bluffing in some non zero frequency (not huge frequency though, these "discount" bets where he bets for example 1.95 instead of 2 tend to be valueheavy). But it depends on what he valuebets OTR with.. if he doesnt bet with AA I guess you could even fold.
