I think I played this hand very bad... 
1. Pre-flop I should 4B bigger, right?
2. My range is so face-up and Ace-heavy when we reach the flop that I think I should check/fold KK here? Especially because villain his range is equally strong and he's very unlikely to be betting something like QQ on this flop (if he even takes this line with QQ pre)
