First off, the pre-flop call makes it unprofitable to begin with. The rest seems fine tho.

We are deep so I think we can flat this 3bet to set mine. There is also a chance SB will join which would make it even better.

We are not that deep to call 3 bet (20*13,5=270). Call OTF. Definitelly don´t check back OTT. I would bet there 45BB.

Well if we want to use call20 rule it is 20*10.5 = 210.
According to that we are not deep enough but there is still SB that might call :)
I agree that folding is probably better and now that I think about this again I would fold here too.

I think PF is fine if either player is a fish.

I'd bet the turn. It doesn't make a ton of sense from a balance perspective, but he still might just ck/call AK OTT and/or the river. We should be looking to get stacks in by the river.

So, we play vs nit. i think we need to bet turn. Why do we miss value? Also, I would play it tricky on NL2 - just min raise flop to get shove from his overpairs. If he has kind of JJ-KK then any A will kill the action. Also, he CB 2/3 OTF - so that is value hand most of the time.
River I would bet bigger - 2/3 or 4/5.
