Hoped he was trying to bluff catch me with his flop call. After sensing weakness on river I gave it another shot. No stats, No notes left I can refer to today (PartyPoker). But it's been a casual table, meaning only one cash game is allowed while sitting at this table. Should be even more fishy and almost like a read already?

How are the bet sizings here?

I don't understand what a casual table means, you can't multitable ?

Wow weird 3bet pre, fold preflop KTo is unplayable vs an MP open.

As played cbet smaller for the same effect, and I like the turn and river.

As said above, readless KTo way too wide. Whats the point of R play?

3bet with KTo from BU is possible only for bluff and vs CO would be good enough, but not vs MP. On flop 1/3 pot cbet would make the same effect.
Further desitions is worthless to analize cause it is just gambling.
